Terms of Service

Avail provides an AI front desk that answers customer inquiries, gives quotes from the prices you configure, captures leads, and books appointments on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, pricing, and availability you provide.

• Use the Service lawfully and only for your own business.
• Obtain any consent required to contact your customers by email or text, and comply with CASL and applicable laws.
• Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, or harmful content.

The Service sends emails and text messages to your customers on your behalf. You authorize us to do so and confirm you have the necessary consent. Customers may opt out of texts by replying STOP; we honor these requests automatically across your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.

Avail uses AI to generate replies and quotes from the information you provide. While we work to keep responses accurate and grounded in your configured pricing, you are responsible for reviewing bookings and quotes. We are not liable for errors in AI-generated responses.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is,” and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with the law. On termination, you may request an export of your data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
